Booth Van is a cloud "mobile commerce operating system" for businesses that sell from vans: food trucks, coffee vans, mobile retail, brand-activation and event booths. Core principle: every van is a branch — its own POS, stock location, cash drawer and revenue center. Built for Thailand (Thai + English UI, THB, PromptPay, 7% VAT, Asia/Bangkok time).

- Offline-ready mobile POS: Sell from any phone or tablet. If the connection drops, orders queue on the device and sync automatically with no duplicates or lost sales.
- Cash, PromptPay QR and card: Automatic change calculation, dynamic PromptPay QR for the exact amount, printable receipts with 7% VAT included.
- Per-van inventory and transfers: Every van is a stock location. Sales deduct stock instantly, transfers move goods from the warehouse, low-stock alerts fire, and every movement is logged.
- Shifts and cash reconciliation: Expected cash = opening float + cash sales − refunds − expenses, compared against the counted amount when the shift closes. Variances need a reason.

### What is Booth Van?
Booth Van is cloud POS and operations software for businesses that sell from vehicles — food trucks, coffee vans, mobile retail and event booths. It combines sales, per-van inventory, cash shifts, events, customers and reporting, treating every van as its own branch.

### Can I keep selling if the internet goes down?
Yes. The POS keeps working offline; each sale is stored on the device with a unique ID and synced automatically when the connection returns. Duplicate syncs are ignored and sales are never silently dropped.

### Does it support PromptPay?
Yes. It generates a PromptPay QR for the exact bill amount. Cash (with automatic change), card and bank transfer are also supported.

### Is stock tracked separately for each van?
Yes. Each van is its own stock location; sales deduct from that van immediately, and you can transfer stock between the warehouse and vans. Every change is recorded.

### Do I need an event to start selling?
No. When opening a shift you choose an event, a customer's site, or general selling (a market, an office lobby). Reports break sales down by selling location.

### Can I see a report for each customer?
Yes. Attach a customer at checkout, then open their report: spend, order count, products, payment methods and sales made at their site, for any date range, exportable to CSV.

### How does it prevent double-booking?
When you assign a van or staff member to an event, overlapping bookings are detected instantly, shown before saving, and confirmed events cannot conflict.

### Which devices does it run on?
Any modern browser on phones, tablets and computers, installable to the home screen as a PWA. No dedicated POS hardware is required.
